The client (requesting party) is responsible for the full payment, whether or not the transaction closes. Our base rates are stated; however additional fees may apply, including but not limited to signings in remote areas, bilingual, excessive number of signers, special requests, etc. Additional charges will be quoted in advance of completing the signing, unless unknowing circumstance arise at the last minute in which case, we will work closely with you to resolve.
Prices include receipt of edocs, printing the signing set to be returned and a copy package for the customer to retain for their records. **

There are no cancellation fees charged for signings cancelled in a reasonable amount of time. However, if emailed documents have been printed or copied, documents picked up, or the trip to the pre-set appointment has been made, then the applicable fees may be charged. In the event of cancellation whereas services have been rendered, a reduced or waived fee may be negotiated on an individual basis. Please contact our office if this situation occurs.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and a return label must be provided. We will not be responsible for any delays due to a missing return label.
If we must return to the customer's home to sign or correct additional documents by reason of an error made by Central Signing Service, Inc. or its Signing Agent, then the trip and the correction will be made in a timely fashion at no additional charge. If we are requested to return for reasons beyond our control the applicable trip fees will apply and be billed to the client accordingly.
It is the responsibility of the requesting party to ensure the loan documents are dated the correct date, in correspondence with the signing request. We will not be responsible for fees incurred for a resigning if we complete the signing within the parameters requested due to the documents being dated for the wrong date.
All Signing Agents contracted by Central Signing Service, Inc. are background screened and part of a private and secure database. The client and/or its associates will not knowingly engage in any business directly or indirectly with any of Central Signing Service, Inc. Signing Agents, in an attempt to impede its relationship with said agent in regards to any past, present or future document signings.
Due to COVID 19, all appointments must be confirmed in advance with the parties, and a prescreening completed either in writing orverbally prior to arriving at the appointment. A sample heath questionnaire is attached for use when setting the appointments with the customer.If you use your own, company COVID form, please just let us know that the prescreening process has been completed. Extra caution will be taken when meeting with first responders and those in the high risk category. All efforts will be made to meet and sign in an open air environment or a place that allows social distancing to be maintained. All parties are requested to wear masks, wash and sanitize throughout the process, minimize communal contact and do all they can to ensure the comfort and safety of all parties.
Full payment is due immediately upon closing, cancellation, or 30 days from the signing date, whichever occurs first. If full payment is not received within 90 days of the signing, additional fees may be assessed.
